Tune-up Packages:

Tune Up: $65
General bike cleaning, lube chain; cables, derailleurs, minor truing both wheels, inflate tires, adjust; derailleurs, brakes, axle cones, bottom bracket, headset, check drive/chain wear, safety diagnostic recommendations.

Comprehensive Tune-up: $120
Tune-up services above plus: complete drivetrain removal and cleaning, tires removed for truing. **No additional labor charge for replacement of; chain, cassette/freewheel, derailleurs, chainrings, crankarms, and/or tire(s).**

Tune-up & Overhaul: $180
Comprehensive tune-up plus overhaul package: disassemble, clean, and repack (new bearings) headset, bottom bracket, and hubs. **No additional labor charge for; brake pad, cable/housing, chain, cassette/freewheel, derailleurs, chainrings, and/or crankarm replacement ** Reduced Labor Rates with Tune-Up

Cable/Housing Replacement: Replace one cable/housing, w/tune-up (Save $ 7.00 ea.) - $8

Brake Pad Replacement: Replace one brake pad set, w/tune-up (Save $ 7.00 ea.) - $8

Brake Lever Install: Install one lever, w/Tune up (Save $ 5.00 ea.) - $10

Shift Lever Install: Install one shift lever, w/Tune up (Save $ 5.00 ea.) - $15

Chain and Cassette: Install Chain and Cassette, w/Tune up (Save $10.00) - $10

Axle Spacing: Install axle spacers for wider dropouts or wheel centering (Does not include re-dishing spoke work) - $15

Basket Install: Install front or rear basket - $15

Bearing Adjust: Tighten/adjust bearing cones (Any bearing set, Axle, bottom bracket, headset or pedal bearings) Price per bearing set - $10

Bearing Repack: Disassemble, inspect, replace pitted cups/cones, repack with new bearings (Axle, bottom bracket, headset or pedal bearings) Price per bearing set  - $25

Bike Build: Build bike from bare or nearly bare frame - $150

Bottom Bracket Install: Remove current bottom bracket and install a new bottom bracket (Crank removal/installation & front derailleur adjust. Included) - $20

Bottom Bracket Shell Chase & Face: Chase and face bottom bracket shell, British only - $35

Box Bike Build: Assemble bike out of box - $65

Brake Adjust: Adjust one brake for spacing, toeing, and contact point - $12

Brake Bleed, Hydraulic: Bleed hydraulic brakes, front or rear -  $20

Brakeset Installation (one brake and lever): Install and adjust one brake (caliper/cantilever/V), lever, cable and housing. (remove/install grips, and/or shifter; re-tape additional) - $25

Brake Installation (one brake): Install and adjust one brake (caliper/cantilever/V), and cable - $15

Brake lever Installation (one lever): Install and adjust one brake lever, cable, and housing (remove/install grips, and/or shifter; re-tape additional) - $15

Brake Pad Replacement: Replace pads and adjust one brake for spacing, toeing, and contact point - $15

Cable Replacement: Replace cable and/or housing and adjustment on one brake, derailleur, 3-speed, or Positron - $15

Cassette Replacement: Remove/replace cassette and adjust rear derailleur - $10

Chain Replacement: Remove, cut to length, install chain and make minor derailleur adjustments if needed - $10

Chainring Installation: May be good time for drivetrain cleaning! - $15

Clean Bike: Clean and polish complete bike (If drivetrain is quite dirty charge separately) - $25

Clean Drivetrain: Remove crankset clean chain, derailleurs, cassette, freewheel, cog, chainring, crank, bottom bracket shell, right dropout, rear spokes and rim as needed - $40

Clean and Lube Shifter: Clean and Lube Shifter that is not functioning properly - $15

Computer Installation: Install and calibrate bike computer (Add $5 for two sensors) - $10

Cotter Pin Replacement: Replace one cotter pin (may need to add a general labor for those what need to be drilled-out) - $8

Crankset Installation (w/o bottom bracket service): Remove/replace crankset, adjust derailleur(s) (bottom bracket labor separate) - $10

Crankset Installation (w/bottom bracket service): Remove/replace crankset, adjust derailleur(s) (includes bottom bracket replacement) - $20

Derailleur Installation (Front): Remove/replace front derailleur, cable, housing, and adjust - $15

Derailleur Installation (Rear): Remove/replace rear derailleur, cable, housing, and adjust - $15

Derailleur Adjustment (One): Adjust front or rear derailleur - $12

Derailleur Adjustment Including Hanger Alignment or Replacement: Remove derailleur, bend derailleur hanger into proper alignment using Park DAG-1 or replace with new hanger, reinstall derailleur, adjust derailleur - $20

Drop Out Alignment: Align front or rear dropouts - $20

Fender Installation: Install front or rear fender - $20

Fork Replacement: Remove/replace fork, cut to length, repack or replace headset, reinstall stem, reinstall & adjust brake - $45

Freewheel Replacement: Remove/replace freewheel and adjust rear derailleur. May be a good time for a drivetrain cleaning! - $10

Grip Replacement: Remove/replace grips (use hair spray or alcohol to promote stiction) - $7

Handlebar Chop: Bare bar - $10

Handlebar Installation (Retaining existing levers,cable lengths): Remove/replace handlebars with similar where existing levers, cables, and housing are retained - does not include tape labor): - $15

Handlebar Installation (Replacing levers): Remove/replace handlebars may include, levers, cables, housing, stem, and brake/derailleur adjustments, does not include tape labor) ($20 with bike sale) - $40

Headset Installation: Remove/replace headset - $25

Headtube Ream and Face: Ream and Face Headtube - $35

Hood Installation: Remove/replace lever hoods, possible brake adjustment included - $15

Hub Rebuild (3-speed): Disassemble, inspect, clean, lubricate, rebuild, and adjust a Sturmey-Archer or Shimano, with or w/o coaster brake - $60

Hub Rebuild (coaster brake): Disassemble, inspect, clean, lubricate, rebuild, and adjust a coaster brake hub - $30

Kickstand Installation: Remove old kickstand, install new kickstand and cut to length if required - $6

Overhaul: Disassemble, clean, and repack (new bearings) headset, bottom bracket, and hubs - $100

Pedal Installation (1 or 2 pedals): Remove/replace one or two pedals - $5

Rack Installation: Install front or rear rack (basket installation extra) - $15

Seat/Post Replacement: Remove/replace seat, seatpost, and/or clamp - $10

Shift Lever Installation (per lever, shift): Install one shift lever, cable, and housing (remove/install grips, and/or brake lever; re-tape additional) - $20

Spoke Replacement (First spoke): Remove wheel form bike, replace one spoke, and true wheel, reinstall wheel if needed - $25

Stem Replacement: Install stem (remove/install old stem, grips, and/or shifters; re-tape additional)  -$10

Tape Handlebars: Remove/replace handlebar tape - $15

Tube or Tire Change: Remove/replace tire, tube, and/or rim strip - $10

Tubeless conversion: Remove/replace tire, tape, install valves,(parts and material not included) -$15

Wheel Build: Lace rim to hub, tension spokes with standard dish - $50

Wheel Dish: Dish wheel to existing over lock nut and chain line needs - $25

Wheel Dish Including Hub Spacing: Space axle/hub for single speed or other chain line/dropout spacing compatibility needs and dish wheel - $40

Wheel Installation (Front): Remove/replace front wheel including tire, tube, and/or rim strip. Adjust brake if necessary - $15

Wheel Installation (Rear): Remove/replace rear wheel including freewheel/cassette, tire, tube, and/or rim strip. Adjust derailleur and brake if necessary - $20

Wheel Installation (Training Wheels): - $10

Wheel Truing (Minor): Minor lateral and/or vertical truing - $15

Wheel Truing (Major): Truing or hop removal that takes more that 15 minutes -  $25
